Lead Detail Panel

A section-by-section walkthrough of everything in the lead detail view.

Lead Detail Panel

When you click on a lead — from the browse table, the review queue, or your campaign leads — a detail panel opens showing everything about the property. Here's what each section contains.

The top of the panel shows:

  • Property address — Full street address
  • Close button — Click X or press Escape to close

Action buttons

A row of quick actions:

  • Add to Campaign — Add this lead to one of your campaigns
  • Maps — Open the property location in Google Maps (shows street view and satellite imagery)
  • PA Site — Open the county Property Appraiser page for this folio (verify data, see photos, check additional records)
  • Re-process — Request a fresh data pull for this lead (useful if you think the data might be stale)

AI Insights

A highlighted section showing the AI analysis:

  • Tags — Color-coded labels highlighting key characteristics (High Equity, Motivated Seller, etc.)
  • Summary — A plain-language paragraph explaining what makes this property interesting
  • Score Breakdown (expandable) — The five scoring dimensions with individual scores and reasoning:
    • Distress Level
    • Motivated Seller
    • Repair Needed
    • Investment Potential
    • Time Urgency

Owner Information

  • Owner name — As recorded with the property appraiser
  • Residency badges — Absentee (purple), Resident (green), Out of State (red)
  • Ownership duration — How long they've owned the property (if homestead data is available)
  • Mailing address — Where the owner receives mail (may differ from property address)

Financial Overview

Split into two columns:

Values:

  • Market Value, Assessed Value, Land Value, Building Value

Sales:

  • Last Sale Price, Last Sale Date, Equity Estimate (with percentage)

Tax Information:

  • Tax Status (color-coded badge), Amount Owed or Last Tax Bill, Escrowed status, Non-Ad Valorem fees

Exemptions:

  • Homestead status, SOH Cap Benefit, Homestead Since year

Property Details

Physical property characteristics in a grid:

  • Year Built, Bedrooms, Heated Area (sqft), Bathrooms, Lot Size (sqft), Zoning, Property Type

Distress Signals

Each signal type has its own collapsible section. Only sections with data are shown. Signal types include:

  • Building Code Violations — Individual violations with case numbers, descriptions, status, and inspector info
  • Legal Liens — Violation lien amounts
  • Finance Referrals — Cases referred for collection
  • Environmental Violations (DERM) — DERM enforcement cases
  • Mandatory Sewer Connection — Connection notices with cost estimates
  • Neighbor Complaints (311) — Service requests from neighbors
  • Clerk Records — Lis pendens, mortgages, and other filings
  • Building Permits — Permit status, expiration warnings, inspection history

Events Timeline

A chronological list of all signal events for this property, newest first. Each entry shows the event type, description, and date. The total event count is in the section header.

History & Campaigns

Shows your activity on this lead:

  • Which campaigns the lead belongs to
  • Review decisions (approved/dismissed) with dates
  • Pipeline stage changes
  • Notes you've added

This section appears when the lead has campaign activity.

When viewing a lead from your campaign's approved list, a footer appears at the bottom with:

  • Stage advancement — Buttons to move the lead to the next pipeline stage
  • Note button — Quick access to add a note
  • Current stage indicator — Shows where the lead is in your pipeline
