What is the beta?

Leads Engine is currently in early access beta. This means you're among the first users to try the platform while we continue building and refining it.

What you get

As a beta user, you have access to the full platform:

• Create campaigns with custom criteria
• Review and qualify leads daily
• Track leads through pipeline stages
• Export leads to CSV
• AI-powered scoring on every lead
• All distress signal data (violations, liens, permits, and more)

What to expect

During the beta period:

• New features ship regularly — We're actively building and improving the platform based on user feedback.
• Data coverage is expanding — We're currently focused on Miami-Dade County, Florida, with additional counties coming soon.
• Your feedback matters — If something feels off or you have an idea, let us know. Beta users directly shape the product.

Pricing is coming soon. Beta users will have the opportunity to lock in early-adopter rates before public launch.
