Search & Filters
How to search, filter, and narrow down leads on the browse page.
Search & Filters
The leads page gives you powerful tools to find exactly the properties you're looking for.
Search bar
The search bar at the top lets you search across multiple fields at once:
- Property address
- City
- County
- Owner name
- Lead ID
- Source provider
Just start typing and results update automatically (with a brief delay so it doesn't jump around while you type). Click the X to clear your search.
Filter panel
Click the filter button next to the search bar to open the filter panel. A blue dot on the button indicates that filters are currently active.
The filter panel slides in from the right and offers the same filter options available when creating a campaign:
Tax Status
Select one or more tax statuses to filter by:
- Paid — Taxes are current
- Unpaid — Taxes are due
- Delinquent — Taxes are past due
Owner Flags
Three toggle filters, each with three states (Any / Yes / No):
- Absentee — Does the owner live at a different address?
- Homestead — Does the property have a homestead exemption?
- Out of State — Is the owner in a different state?
Location
Select specific cities and/or counties to narrow your geographic focus.
Source Provider
Filter by the data source that generated the lead. This is useful if you're interested in leads from a specific signal type.
Tags
Filter by AI-generated tags like "High Equity," "Motivated Seller," or "Multiple Violations."
Date Filters
- Created from — Only show leads added to the system on or after this date. Useful for avoiding duplicates when doing regular exports — set it to the day after your last export.
- Signal date from — Only show leads whose most recent distress signal is on or after this date. Useful for focusing on leads with fresh, recent activity.
Property Filters
- Min Market Value — Only show properties worth at least this amount
- Max Market Value — Only show properties worth at most this amount
- Min Violation Count — Only show properties with at least this many violations
Applying and clearing filters
- Click "Apply" to update the table with your filters
- Click "Clear all" to remove all filters and show everything
- Press Escape to close the filter panel without applying
Active filter chips
When filters are active, you'll see chips below the search bar showing what's currently applied. Click the X on any chip to remove that individual filter.
Combining search and filters
Search and filters work together. For example, you could:
- Filter to "Delinquent" tax status and "Absentee = Yes"
- Then search for a specific city name
- Sort by market value to see the most valuable properties first
This gives you a highly targeted view of exactly the leads you're interested in.
