How to use the leads table to browse, sort, and explore all available leads.

Browsing All Leads

The Leads page shows every lead in the system in a sortable, searchable table. This is your bird's-eye view of all available properties, regardless of campaigns.

The leads table

Each row in the table represents a single property. Here's what each column shows:

ColumnWhat it shows
AddressStreet address, city, state, and zip code
Signal DateWhen the most recent distress signal was detected. If the property has violations, the count is shown here too.
Market ValueThe county's appraised market value
EquityEstimated equity (market value minus last sale price). Green means positive equity, red means negative.
Tax StatusCurrent tax payment status — Paid (green), Unpaid (yellow), or Delinquent (red)
TagsQuick badges: Absentee (purple), No Homestead (orange), and the top AI-generated tag (red)
YearYear the property was built
Beds / BathsBedroom and bathroom count

Opening a lead

Click any row to open the lead detail panel on the right side of the screen. This shows you the full picture — property details, owner info, financials, distress signals, AI insights, and timeline. See Lead Detail Panel for a full walkthrough.

Sorting

Click the column headers for Signal Date or Market Value to sort the table:

  • Signal Date — Sort by newest signals first (default) or oldest first
  • Market Value — Sort by highest or lowest value

An arrow indicator shows the current sort direction.

Refreshing

Click the refresh button to reload the latest data. This is useful if you've been on the page for a while and want to see if new leads have come in.

Adding a lead to a campaign

From the lead detail panel, you can add any lead to an existing campaign using the "Add to Campaign" button. This opens a list of your campaigns — click one to add the lead. If the lead is already in a campaign, you'll see that indicated with a checkmark.
