The Review Queue
How to review incoming leads quickly — designed for your phone, built for speed.
The Review Queue
The review queue is where you decide which leads are worth pursuing. It's designed to be fast — you should be able to stay caught up in just a few minutes a day, even on your phone.
How it works
When you open a campaign's review queue, you'll see a full-screen view of one lead at a time. Each lead shows you everything you need to make a quick decision:
- The property address and location
- AI overall score and tags
- Key financial data (market value, equity, tax status)
- Owner information (name, absentee status, mailing address)
- Active distress signals (violations, liens, permits, etc.)
- AI-generated summary and score breakdown
As you review each lead, the queue automatically advances to the next one.
Making decisions
For each lead, you have two options:
Interested (Approve)
Tap "Interested" and the lead moves into your qualified leads list with a status of "New." You'll be able to track it through your pipeline from there.
Not Interested (Dismiss)
Tap "Not Interested" and you'll be asked for a quick reason:
| Reason | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Wrong Data | The data doesn't look right — wrong address, outdated info, etc. |
| Criteria Gap | The property technically matches your criteria but isn't a fit for some other reason. |
| Dead Lead | You've already contacted this owner, or you know the property is off the market. |
| Other | Anything else — you can type a short note. |
Dismiss reasons help you refine your approach over time. If you're dismissing a lot of leads for "Criteria Gap," it might be worth tightening your campaign filters.
Staying caught up
The review queue is designed for daily use. Here's the rhythm that works best:
- Check in once a day — Open the dashboard, see how many new leads are waiting.
- Review in batches — The queue loads leads in batches so it stays fast, even on slower connections.
- Don't overthink it — Spend a few seconds per lead. If it looks interesting, approve it. If not, dismiss and move on. You can always dig deeper later from your qualified leads list.
Progress tracking
While reviewing, you'll see:
- A progress indicator showing "Lead X of Y"
- A progress bar at the bottom of the screen
- When you've reviewed everything, a completion screen lets you know you're all caught up
Quick actions during review
While looking at a lead, you can also:
- Open in Google Maps — See the property location and street view.
- Open the Property Appraiser site — Jump directly to the county's property appraiser page for this folio.
- Add a note — Jot down a quick thought. Hit Cmd+Enter (or Ctrl+Enter on Windows) to save.
