Approved leads become your qualified prospects — ready to work through your pipeline.
Your Qualified Leads
When you approve a lead in the review queue, it moves into your campaign's qualified leads list. These are the properties you've decided are worth pursuing.
Viewing your leads
From any campaign card on the dashboard, click "Leads" to see all approved leads for that campaign. You'll see a list showing:
- Property address
- Current pipeline stage
- Key data points (market value, tax status, AI score)
You can search by address or owner name, and filter by pipeline stage using the tabs at the top (All, New, Contacted, Qualified, Negotiating, Closed).
Working your leads
Click any lead to open the detail panel, where you can:
- Review all the property data, distress signals, and AI insights
- Advance the pipeline stage — Move the lead forward as you take action (see Pipeline Stages)
- Add notes — Record what happened on a call, what you found during research, etc.
- Open external links — Jump to Google Maps or the Property Appraiser site
Exporting campaign leads
Click the "Export" button at the top of your campaign leads page to download all matching leads as a CSV. The export respects your current filters — if you're viewing only "New" leads, only those are exported. This makes it easy to export a batch, do your outreach, then move those leads to "Contacted" so they won't appear in your next export.

Leads across campaigns
A single property can appear in multiple campaigns if it matches the criteria for each. Each campaign tracks its own review status and pipeline stage independently. So you might approve a lead in one campaign and dismiss it in another — they don't interfere with each other.
The lead detail panel shows you which campaigns a lead belongs to and its status in each one.
